Hi Gopi, From your description, I understand that you want the Exchange 2007 can support the Japanese language for emails and calendar. Based on my experience, Japanese language is available on Exchange 2007. You can know more form these documents: Exchange 2007 Language Support http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/07/31/428538.aspx Exchange 2007 Language Support http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123979(EXCHG.80).aspx Language Support for Administrators http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998603(EXCHG.80).aspx So if you want to use Japanese language for email and calendar in OWA you can change the language by this way: Options->Regional settings->Choose “Japanese” in Choose language->Save If you want to use Japanese language in Outlook, please make sure you have installed Japanese language Pack, and change the language by this way: File->Options->Language->Choose “Japanese”->set as default->Ok (Note: This steps are for Outlook 2010, in Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007, it may something different) If you want use Japanese on Exchange server 2007, please install Exchange Server 2007 sp3(Japanese). You can download from this link: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1687160b-634a-43cb-a65a-f355cff0afa6&displayLang=ja If anything is unclear, please feel free to let me know.
