Hi, By design, Exchange Load Generator requires that the password associated with these domain accounts be the same. Because this most likely does not comply with your organization's security requirements, to lessen any risk this could present, we recommend that this tool be used only on isolated test networks that do not have connectivity to your production network. For this issue, I recommend that Password Policies need to either be set to disabled on the minimum. Besides ,for error Active Directory response: 0000001F: SvcErr: DSID-031A0FC0, problem 5003(WILL_NOT_PERFORM), data 0,please try to follow the steps below to solve the problem.1. Open a registry editor such as Regedit.exe or Regedt32.exe.2. Navigate to: HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchange ADAccess3. Delete the Disable LDAP Encryption key.4. Close the registry editor, and restart all Exchange Server services and Net Logon service or reboot the Exchange Server computer for the change to take effect. Note: The value for Disable LDAP Encryption key should be 0 or the key should not be present. If the key is set to 1 the LDAP connection to the DC/GC will not be encrypted and power shell will not allow creating passwords over non-encrypted LDAP connections.
