User is running Win7, 64bit with 32bit Outlook 2013.  Live meeting 2007 and live meeting 2007 plugin for outlook (latest version) both installed.  Live meeting functions, but user cannot see or access the toolbar or any live meeting functions from outlook.  The live meeting addin does NOT show in the addins nor does live meeting addin show in any of the registry keys.  Have tried adding the plug in manually, but outlook will not recognize and install the plug in.  have deleted office, live meeting, and the plug in using auto uninstall, using fixit, and doing it all manually.  I cannot seem to get the tool bar to appear.  it is almost as if the program doesn't actually install.  has anyone else ran into this?
