Live Meeting Audio Issues at the receiving end

Hi,

We organize events using Live Meeting for our customers. There are times when the participants complain that the audio is breaking, stops and then is played as if its in Fast Forward mode.

I guess this is due to network bandwidth at the attendee end or the presenter end.

Is there a checklist or a test tool that we could run thru that can help us make sure that the network/bandwidth requirements are adequate or not for a smooth audio reception.

Anything other pointers that may help isolate and solve this problem would help
