Hello, I am trying to record a presentation using LiveMeeting.  I pull up my slides and press record button.. The red light comes on.  I stop it and save it, but the job never shows up as "pending" in the manager, and it never shows in the manager.

Another issue is that the option to "save to computer" is completely grayed out.  Is that a rights issue?  I downloaded the free version from the web on Windows 8 and Vista.

When I test my connection it is successful, but I can't get on the Live Manager website with the same credentials.  When I click "forgot my password" and enter my email address, I never get an e-mail.

Any thoughts?
