Saludos.Gaston Dominguez

Is your Outlook in cached mode? How long did you wait after creating the new user? If you are in cached mode, it could take up to 24 hours to show in your local address list. Does the new user show up if you use OWA?Tim Harrington | MVP: Exchange | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010, MCITP: Server 2008, MCTS: OCS | Blog: http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com | Twitter: @twharrington

Yes the Outlook's in My Company are in Cached Mode. I see the OWA and the new user appear but in my outlook 2007 appear only when i select the all users list. When i create a new mail by default is select the global list and i don't see the user. what can i do to resolved this ?? Gaston Dominguez

In Outlook, can you look in the Sync Issues folder (for the all folder view) and see if there are any sync errors in there? My assumption is that you are having issues downloading the OAB. Post the error if one is there.Tim Harrington | MVP: Exchange | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010, MCITP: Server 2008, MCTS: OCS | Blog: http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com | Twitter: @twharrington
