We're searching for a solution to list all users accessing Exchange from a mail client on a client that's installed on OS X. Are anyone familiar on how I could separate users that access their email from "Mail" or "Outlook 2011" on Mac? Preferably by using Powershell.

They are not listed in Mobile Devices.

As Ed said, we can get the client version by relevant Exchange log, for example IIS log, RPC log.
