Linked Mailbox user to access shared calendar by Mailbox user
I have a link mailbox user who want to access shared calendar one of the mailbox user. When delegation was complete at mailbox user's outlook. When link mailbox want to open shared calendar, there is prompt inform that "You donot have permiision to view the calendar, Do you do want to ask permission from < > ? " when i click ok, the mailbox user will receive email to allow link mailbox user to acess his calendar. However, the permission is READ, how should link mailbox have EDITOR right?

After setting the permission, you can go back in to the Delegate configuration in options and adjust the permissions. Simon.Simon Butler, Exchange MVP Blog | Exchange Resources

Hi, You can locate the Calendar folder and right click it, select Properties, in the Permissions Tab, change the permission for the link mailbox. Thanks AllenAllen Song

I not sure what the problem is. when I run delegation I'm put as Editor permission to calendar. Still not working. Everytime, link mailbox to open shared calendar, it wil say you don;t have permission to view calendar, do you want to ask <mailbox user> to share calendar although mailbox user already ALLOW link mailbox to access calendar. I check on mailbox user calendar properties, it show that link mailbox has EDITOR right. Please advice.

It seem that the linked mailbox's PC not join to his domain, it was join to my domain. When I unjoin and join to his domain and lauch his outlook from his PC, then he able to access my calendar from his PC
