Facts That are known.
Both Devices Work just fine Independtly when each other is not plugged in at the same time
Wireless Reciever works just fine with or with out the Life Chat head set plugged in.
Life Chat has crystal Clear audio when the Wireless Reciver is not plugged in
Situation 1
Turn Computer on with LifeChat Plugged in
Audio in windows is awesome.
Situation 2
Turn Compute ron With life chat plugged in
Audio is clear to Start
Plug Wireless Reciever in Sound becomes very very very distored. Microphone does not work either it is distored as well.
Have to unplug Wireless Reciver and reboot computer and I have crystal clear audio just fine.
Siutation 3
Tunr COmputer on wifh life chat plugged in
Audio is clear to start
Plug Wireless Reciver is has garbled audio.
Go to Control Panel and Sound and audio and change the primary audio device to XBOX 360 Wireless Headset (Had to go buy a 2.5mm plug headset to test) But I have distored audio to Life chat LX 3000 and have crystal clear audio to the XBOX 360 Wireless Headset. How ever I could care less about the controller I didnt buy a headset to use it just to boot a computer.

Based Upon this information here I think there is a major Conflict in the files these two devices use. On this new system

I can say for sure in the device manger double clicking on the USB Audio device for either of the two and try to manulipate the properties tab and disable to do not router through the device it changes setting for the oposite device. Is there any possible way to disable the Audio portion of the Xbox controller? Anything to get this resolved would be great.
