Leaving a copy of email on Microsoft Exchange Server
I am using VPN client to connect to my work email account throught Microsoft Outlook. When I synchronize my account, unfortunately it downloads emails to my personal PC. I wanted to be able to leave a copy on the server. Any suggestion? Thanks, Reza

Hi Reza, You need to change the default delivery location to mailbox in your outlook profile. Open Outlook, on the Tools menu, click Email Accounts Click View or Change Existing Email Accounts, and then click Next. Verify the Deliver new mail to the following location. options are here. If the option contains the word "Mailbox" followed by an e-mail name, Outlook stores dataon the Exchange Server. If the field contains the words Personal Folder or another name of a set of personal folders (.pst) file, Outlook stores data in the personal folders (.pst) file on your hard disk.

Besides Amit's input,if possible, you may try to use OWA to read email from Exchange Server.
