Late Mail Delivery
Dear All I have a strange situation here.. having exchange 2003, office 2003 .. one user having a complaint of late mail delivery to his mailbox.. what could be the reason for the late delivery? late time is almost an hour. i have checked the options with his outlook 2003, where by send and receive is set to 2 min - auto, his outlook always remain open.. at exchange there are no queues for mails user used to have office 2007 (almost a month) before, where by he was confused with the newer version and asked to remove 2007 and re-install office 2003, however since office 2007 installation he is facing this issue. office 2003 with latest Service Pack installed at his pc. all windows updates are done.. win xp SP3 can somebody throw some light .. Hi Saifee, You may track the message in message tracking, see the time stamp and try to figure out where message is stuck up...

Hi, 1. Would you please let me know whether all the messages are delay from either external user or internal user? 2. Whether only the specific user encountered the problem? 3. As Amit indicated, please use message tracking to check in which phase the message is delay. 4. Please receive message by using OWA instead of Outlook to check whether the message is still delayed.
