I am running Exchange 2003 and Windows Server 2003. I was looking for some feedback on the best way to change a user's last name. The way I see it there are two options: 1. Rename the employee and add a new email address 2. Create another user with the new name, give them full rights to their old user Does anyone know of a simple way to make the change? They will need access to both email addresses for at least a few weeks. Thank you! Tim

1. Rename the Last Name and Display Namein Active Directory. 2. Add the new email address to his account 3. Set the new email address as primary for his account This way he or she will still receive emails from his old email address as it is still listed on his account Deli
