Last Error: 430 4.2.0 STOREDRV.Deliver.Exception:MapiExc eptionCanNotComplete
Hello, I'm having a problem with some Messages, mostly metting invitations, getting stuck in the queue and filling up the hard drive with transaction logs. The messages that are getting stuck have a last error of430 4.2.0 STOREDRV.Deliver.Exception:MapiExceptionCanNotComplete. We are using Exchange 2007 SP1 with Outlook 2003 clients and when these message get stuck in the queue, this seems to cause 4 or 5 transaction logs to be generated per second until the hard drive is full. When you delete the messages in the queue, the log file behavior returns to normal. Here are some of the details from the message properties from the queue:Identity: <servername>\4008\30604Status: RetrySize (KB): 8Message Source Name: FromLocalSource IP: 255.255.255.255SCL: -1Date Received: 1/23/2008 9:57:30 AMExpiration Time: 1/25/2008 9:57:30 AMLast Error: 430 4.2.0 STOREDRV.Deliver.Exception:MapiExceptionCanNotComplete And here aresome event log entries that seem to go along with the queue error:Event Type: WarningEvent Source: EXCDOEvent Category: General Event ID: 8230Date: 1/23/2008Time: 9:57:31 AMUser: N/ADescription:An inconsistency was detected in User@Domain.com: /Calendar/FW%%3A Meeting.EML. Yulp, we had the same issue. No fix from Microsoft as of yet. I feel your pain on this issue. Read the following blog entry (translated from German). He had the same problems, and called MS Support and got a hold of the Beta Hotfix that is suppose to fix this issue. Link is in his blog: http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Fmsg-blog.de%2F&langpair=de%7Cen&hl=en&ie=UTF8

I had the same issue & I fixed it as below: 1. Check for Manage auditing and security logs on the Default Domain Controllers Policy(Group Policy) to see if the "Exchange Servers" group is present there. Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Polices\UserRightsAssignments, locate "Manage auditing and security logs" in the right pane 2. Open adsiedit.msc Locate Exchange server object & go to it's properties\security tab Make sure, "Exchange Servers" group should have the following permissions allow a) Store Constrained Delegation b) Store Read and Write Access C) Store Read only Access D) Store Transport Access After this, If you have multiple domain controllers, kindly force replication Also run "gpupdate /force" on exchange server
