Large Gaps In Between Shared Calendars In Outlook 2013

Hi All,

I have a client who is having an issue in Outlook 2013 running Windows 7. The user has about 12 shared calendars open in Outlook and unless the Outlook 2013 is in full screen she cannot see the name of the shared calendars. I have tried repairing outlook and resetting the view settings and hiding the Folder Pane and nothing works.

The user said that the calendars in outlook 2013 were right up against each other were as at the moment there is a 5mm gap in between them all. Also the user said that X and  <- symbols were not visible in the names of the shared calendars which allowed them to see the start of the shared calendars name even when Outlook was reduced in size.

Lastly the gaps were not there for the past few weeks and then they just got bigger 2 days ago.

Any suggestions! Thanks Chris

Thanks for the update, Chris. Now I understand it better about your question after viewing the screenshot. However, this is the default behavior in Outlook, my Outlook also show the gaps between each calendar. See:

If you want to see the name of the shared calendar, you can change the calendar view to Schedule View under Home tab > Arrange group.

BTW, it's not recommended to open multiple shared calendars at the same time as it may cause some performance issues and other unexpected errors. It's recommended to open the specific shared calendar only when you want to view it.
