I downloaded Office Professional Plus 60 Day Evaluation Software from Microsoft TechNet Website about an hour ago. I installed it and opened Word, it asks for email and password. I fill in everything correctly and then it says that that email id was not used for downloading the software whereas I used the same id for downloading the software.

Further the TechNet website is also not providing the key. It shows the message "Keys are temporarily unavailable. Please check back soon". What should I do? All my work is stuck because of this.

This is a known issue, and this issue might be caused by this web site. I test it in my own environment, after I submit my personal information in download page, I get the trial key for Office Professional Plus 2013. As shown in the following figure.

Which is the browser in use? First I suggest you clearing cache and cookies of your browser and try again. If the key does not appear, click Download and hit F5 or use the browser button to refresh the page.

Or you could change the browser to try, for example: Fire Fox, Chrome

If this issue still exists, change your liveID and download Office again with new liveID. Please NOTE: One computer could only use one product key.
