Key generation delay for Office 2013 Pro trial

Morning all,

I just registered for a 60 day eval copy of Office 2013 Pro 32-bit, thru TechNet.

I filled in a short form, submitted it, and got what appears to be a success page but no licence key. Instead it says: "Keys are temporarily unavailable. Please check back soon"

Is this normal behaviour, and if so how long would the key usually take to show up? Will I be emailed when it's ready?

If it isn't normal, any troubleshooting suggestions or the correct link to report the error to MS would be great :-)

I have been able to download and install Office 2013 from the link provided on the same page. It runs, but shows the red "unlicenced" warning.

I'm in the UK, using my personal MS account with a UK address. I do already have a 4 year student subscription to Office 365 under this email - would it conflict?

Thanks in advance.

Hi moyabrit,

This is a known issue, and this issue might be caused by this web site. I can get the trial key for Office Professional Plus 2013 in my own environment.

Which browser are you using in your environment? First I suggest you clearing cache and cookies of your browser and try again. If the key does not appear, click Download and hit F5 or use the browser button to refresh the page.

Or you could change the browser to try, for example: Fire Fox, Chrome

If this issue still exists, change your liveID and download Office again with new liveID. Please NOTE: One computer could only use one product key.

Hope its helpful.
