Key Activating Problem with Office Pro 2010

Because i find it very hard to find a suitable forum here on microsoft.com for my question, i have to try my luck here.

We're a small company (in Germany), and we bought 10 License Keys for Office Pro 2010 last year.

I installed about 6 of them on our computers, and everything went fine (with the activation).

Then i tried to install the next one on  another pc for a new member of our team, but activation (online) was refused.

I tried all the usual tips i found here and there on the net. REALLY uninstalled office a few times with MS-Fixit, tried the phone number to call in that case, but to no success. All four licence keys that are left were not accepted.

Since there is no mail address to write to, and only a machine on the phone, i hope to find someone over here, who can share some light about whats going wrong. Any ideas?

Thank you for your time.

@mods: If i'm completely wrong here with this topic, please feel free to move it to the right place. Thanks.

Hi,

We have definitely heard your frustration, and we're thinking about ways to make this scenario work better for our customers. But, we are largely forced on the technology issue on this forum, and can do less about licenses issue.

Thus, I recommend you give a call to Microsoft customer service center of Germany or your local provider.

Germany   +49  (0)180 6 67 22 55

https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/gp/customer-service-phone-numbers/en-us?wa=wsignin1.0

They will help you check the state of your licenses and activate them.

Hi, George!

Thank you for your reply, but the phone number you mentioned was the one i called (without success).

The machine on the other end just told me that the key is not valid. Hmmm ... that's why i called ...

Anyway, i found a german board on microsoft.com, where my question suits alot better, so i placed it there.

I didn't mark your answer, but of course, thanks a lot for your efforts.

Best regards.

If you call the automated telephone service, do not respond to the automated prompts, and your call will be connected to an operator who can assist you.

Aaargh! I didn't know that.

Sounds so simple.

If this really works, i'm gonna give it a try.

Thanks a lot for this one, Don!

(Will come back next week, got a short holiday)
