Keep Syncing Gmail accounts to Local Exchange

Hi,

My company mail server hosted on Google Gmail, Ive business needs require installing Exchange (integrations with other products)
I cant move to Exchange direct, I want to keep my emails on Gmail (to access from anywhere). And
Sync theses emails to local Exchange to access from local and send / receive internally if we have no access to Gmail.

Im looking for anyway or tool to sync my Gmail accounts to local Exchange continually not one time, even I sent emails from Exchange it synced also to Gmail?

So you want to pay for both Exchange and Gmail licenses for your users?

I don't know of anything that will do that, sorry.  I know of migration tools (http://www.migrationwiz.com) but they're intended to be short-term migration tools, not long-term coexistence utilities.

Hello,

You can try to forward your Gmail Email to your exchange email address Automatically. Please refer to the DareDevil57's suggestion in the following thread: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/ceb07cb2-3dea-431c-a8c7-196601f13aa8/how-to-sync-our-gmail-account-to-microsoft-exchange?forum=exchangesvrdeploylegacy
