Hi, I have successfully installed hotfix KB911829 which resolves owa issue with IE7 on vista but know using IE6 i can not open emails. It pops up a blank IE screen. Is there any hotfix to resolve this issue? thanks Regards, Khalifey

Exchange version is 2003, right? 2. Affected scope: How many users have this symptom with same system configuration? 3. If you reproduce the issue, can you get any error info from application log? 4. Does there has any other symptom except the blank message? Can message body been seen from preview pane? How are symptoms when you use Reply or Forward? Troubleshooting: 1. Clear all Internet temporarily files from IE6 2. Try to connect to a Backend server directly via OWA Related KB: 922249

Hi, thanks for your input. I have exchange 2003 SP2 Initially i have applied this hotfix on front end and backend servers. After facing this issue i have uninstall this hotifx, reinstall it and restart the server. Its working fine now.
