After update Windows update. We get KB3054855. This update make problem to open PDF files With long names. When I tried to open PDF, Outlook is crashing and restart. I removed kb3054855. Everything Works fine again.

I look in the kb information and I tried to set the regstring, but that not Works.What to do?

I see you posted the same question on network steve? I think there is a problem with this update as it also messes with the colour scheme of outlook.

MS might need to release a V2 or remove the update.

I tried to start Outlook in safemode, the same is happen. For us is happening With all users, thats working With PDF files With long name. It work fine without this KB.
