Hi This problem usually happens due System Attendant services start failure suggest below mentioned tasks. 1) Check Msexchange System Attendant services whether it is started or not? If not started start it and change First Failure Restart the Services in Recovery Tab. 2) Run Microsoft Exchange Best Practice Analyzer and the any problem in Organization 3)Check this Microsoft KB whether that match with your case http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/940845 Regards & Thanks Chinthaka
