Junk Email Configuration not functioning
Hello, I am trying to enable junk email filtering for a particular end user through OWA 2010 and it is not working due to an error. Appears to be a corrupt email address entry in the blocked or safe list. Same thing happens if i try to do this in EMS. Command: Set-MailboxJunkEmailConfiguration -Identity "[end user]" -Enabled $true Error: Junk e-mail validation error. Value: 'alias@domain.com'. + CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: (0:Int32) [Set-MailboxJunkEmailConfiguration], JunkEmailValidationExceptio n + FullyQualifiedErrorId : 834EB87E,Microsoft.Exchange.Management.StoreTasks.SetMailboxJunkEmailConfiguration Does anyone have a resolution to this issue? TIA!

Is "trust e-mail from my Contacts" checked in Outlook or OWA? If so, uncheck it and try again.
