Jestress on Exchange 2007 and Performance counter issues
Hi,I have and Exchange 2007 CCR Cluster. I installedjetstress on Node 1(i know i should have done it before installing Exchange, that was my mistake). I did the tests with jetstress and after that I removed it.Now when i want to open Jetstress results "*.blg" files i receive an error saying "mmc cannot initialize snap in". I can open these files on node 2.I know this issue is related to the performance counters according to this article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb643106.aspxI did the following steps as indicated in the article: At a command prompt, change the directory to the Exchange installation directory (exchsrvr\bin). (I used the file in the exchsrvr\bin\perf\AMD64 folder because using exchsrvr\bin path I receive the error "the file could not be found") Run the command unlodctr ESE to ensure that the Database Performance counter registration information has been completely removed from the registry. Run the command lodctr esperf.ini, which should correctly register the Database counters. The Database Performance counters will be available the next time that you start System Monitor. Even after running these steps, I cannot use the performance monitor to open these files; How can I solve this issue?. if it is not solved, is it a problem? I mean do I have to install Exchange again on the first node?.This is the configuration of my servers:Exchange 2007 SP2 with Roll up update 1Windows 2008 with service pack 2Tanks in advance

Hi,I'm interested to know how you solved this problem.I'm in the same configuration, and i will soon process a Jetstress to an Exchange 2007 SP2 installed in CCR mode.Have you problems when you have restarting the CCR after desinstalling Jetstress and execute unlodctr ESE and lodctr esperf.ini.Thanks,Sebastien
