Issues Ringing Auto Attendant

Hi,

Having some issue on system when ringing through to the microsoft auto attendant setting, if the system doesn't have a call come through it for a few minutes it will be slow to answer the call and then when it does pickup it presents no message. Hang and call back straightaway and it works perfectly. Leave for a few minutes and back to square one. The error message on the exchange box is detailed below.

I would appreciate any advice on this as we've not had an issue like this present itself before and from what we can see the config is correct and the right language packages are installed as it does work but something somewhere is timing out on first try.

On what rollup is your exchange running ?

YOu can check your UM certificates to ensure they are not expired

Is this issue happening on all autoattendants ?

Try restarting the servers during the weekend and see the results ?

In most of these cases ReCreating  AA might be the final solution.

Good Luck
