Issue with user accessing room calendar for printing
Environment: 100% Exchange 2010 SP1 We have a number of conference rooms that we've granted Default user Reviewer access, so that all our users could see the room schedules via OWA using web parts. However, if a person who does not have Full Access rights to the room mailbox tries to print the room's calendar (for example a receptionist trying to print the daily schedule for a room), they get: The item you tried to access no longer exists The item wasn't found. You or a delegate might have moved or deleted it using another computer or a mobile phone. The user otherwise can see the room schedule. Short of granting our receptionists Full Control, what am I missing here?

Hi Enrico, I test it in my lab and same results as yours. Even I grant the "Own" access on both Mailbox level and Calendar folder level, I still cannot print the calendar. As long as I give the full access permission in EMC, it works. I will report the issue. Please wait. Hey Guys, I just ran through these steps and i was not able to reproduce the issue. I have SP1 with RU2 installed and tried it right from the CAS server. Does the issue happen in OWA and Outlook? Has it ever worked without having to give Full Access before? Thanks, Kevin Ca - MSFTKevin Ca - MSFT

Enrico, Did you get a resolution to this issue? I am experiencing the same issue. Have tried to add mailboxfolderpermissions with read permission and that has not helped either. Truly baffling. Thank you in advance.
