Issue with mail merge printing.
I have had this complaint from more than 2 individuals. When creating a mail merge I can print from the preview page. When I continue to the edit individual rows screen I cant print. The printer is working I have tried printing other documents. There is
confirmation that the document is being sent to the printer but it just sits there and doesn't print. Is there a glitch in a new update? Any help would be appreciated.

May I know the detailed info about your Office version and printer device? Then, please the following methods and check they are helpful:
1) Upgrade the driver of printer
2) Try to set the printer driver spool settings to "Print Directly to Printer".
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
- Right-click the printer icon for your particular printer driver, and then click Properties.
- Click the Details tab, and then click Spool Settings.
- Click to select Print Directly to Printer.
- Click OK twice.
3) Try to change the Graphics Mode from Vector to Raster.
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
- Right-click the printer icon for your particular printer driver, and then click Properties.
- Click the Graphics tab.
- Under Graphics mode, select Use Raster Graphics, click Apply, and then click OK.
