Hi,

Based on your Event log, this issue is caused by the >>Faulting module path: C:\Windows\syswow64\KERNELBASE.dll<<. The KERNELBASE.dll is an important part of Windows operation system. You are using Windows 7 SP1, because the dll veriosn is "6.1.7601.17514")

We can try the following steps and see if it helps.

Step 1: You can try reregistering kernelbase.dll and check.

a. Click Start and type cmd in start search. Right click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.

b. Type "regsvr32 KERNELBASE.dll" without the quotes and Press Enter.

c. Restart your computer and check.

Step 2:System File Checker [SFC]

If still you are facing the issue, then you can try running a System File Checker [SFC] scan on the computer which will replace the missing or corrupt files & check if the issue persists.

Then, if this issue still exists, we need to collect the App Crash Dump file to do further troubleshooting. You could analyze dump by yourself if you would like to

Hi Arjun,

I have not received the dump file (It might too big, and be blocked), I'll appreciate for you re-uploading it to OneDrive, and sent the link to me via the Email address (ibsofc@microsoft.com).
