Issue with Outlook 2013 Tracking after updating meeting invite

Hi,

After I schedule a meeting invite and invite people to the meeting, they accepted the meeting and I get the meeting acceptance email notification. I went to the meeting calendar and opened up the meeting and go to the Tracking tab, I do see the people who accepted the meeting. I updated the meeting with a different time and "send update" to the users, they accepted the meeting and I got the acceptance email notification. I went back to the calendar meeting and went to the "tracking" tab and select "view tracking status" it shows that no one responded to my meeting even though they accepted my meeting update and I got the acceptance email notification. Please help.

Thanks,

Hi,

Is this problem reproduceable with other meetings?

To determine whether Outlook add-ins caused the meeting response to be processed, disable Outlook add-ins temporarily, and then try to reproduce the problem. If the problem does not occur when the add-ins are disabled, additional investigation of the add-ins may be necessary.

Steps to disable add-ins:

1. Open Outlook 2013.
2. Select the FILE tab and click Options.
3. In Outlook Options dialog box, select the Add-ins tab on the left side panel.
4. In the Manage drop down dialog box select the Com-Add-ins and click the Go button.
5. In the COM Add-ins dialog box uncheck the add-in you wish to disable and click the OK button.

I am having the same issue. I am still investigating the different scenarios.

Yes I can confirm we have the issue for some users (including my self).

We are using Outlook2013 connected to Exchange 2007 (moving to 2013 soon). For some users everything works fine. For some users, once the meeting invite is sent and then moved or updated then any subsequent acceptance is not recorded.

For the users where it works I can briefly see the acceptance messages coming into the inbox and then moved to the Deleted items - the Calendar gets updated correctly. For those users where it doesn't work these messages never arrive (i.e. I don't see them in the inbox nor in the deleted items folder).

I have tried the suggestions for Cleaning the sniffing process and also added the idle timer specifically in the registry but nothing works.

Thanks
