Hi, It seems that you haven't installed all IIS modules that is needed. Follow the instructions at Exchange 2010 Prerequisites to have them installed. Maybe you also need to install some of the hotfixes mentioned there too. Martina Miskovic

Thanks. When I am to add the component by following this http://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/a4a4d339-4009-4fb7-b842-ca2ba79f13f0.aspx why can't I see "Add or remove programs" in Control panel of my Win 08 serverr below? Many Thanks & Best Regards, Hua Min

I recommend you to follow the instructions in the link I posted before and add the missing windows IIS Modules using Powershell. Trust me..That is so much easier than trying to add them all in a GUI. ..but if you want to add them manually, "Add Role Services" in Server Manger is the place to do it.Martina Miskovic

Check the instructions under the section "Install the Windows Server 2008 R2 operating system prerequisites" If you click on "Program" and then "Turn On Windows features on or Off", Server Manager will open and that is where you install Windows Features.Martina Miskovic
