Issue when I'm trying to hide a 'phone' button in ContactCard in Outlook 2013

Hi,

I'm trying to hide this 'phone' button from the ContactCard in Outlook 2013. I'm was able to this on Outlook 2010 using following registry trick:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Common\im]
"TurnOffClicktoPhone"=dword:00000001

As far as I know this should works on a Outlook 2013 too ( of course we need to use '15.0' instead of '14.0').  I tried lot of times, investigated many articles and there is no result.

Is there some way to hide this button?

Haven't gone through the exercise but you may want to take a look at

(specifically in terms of the OCT registry entry in case that makes a difference versus the Policy reg location)

Hi,

What 'phone' button in contact card do you mean? Do you mean the 'Reply with IM' button or the 'Call' button?

If it is not one of the two buttons above, would you please provide a screenshot for that button? If your account is not verified to upload a screenshot, you can share it to us via GBSD TN Office Information Collection ibsofc@microsoft.com. Please enter the thread URL in the subject field of the message so that it will be easy to follow up.
