I have a company that sends us automated messages from their Main Frame server and we are not receiving them. I have checked everything.They run a test by telneting into our port 25 and the connection gets reset.The only thing I get in my log files is 2010-04-15 14:45:30 XXX.XXX.XX.XXX - SMTPSVC1 SERVERNAME XXX.XXX.X.X 0 QUIT - - 240 5000 181 4 5000 SMTP - - - -Please note: This is the only issue our server has had not being able to receive e-mails. All other e-mail goes though fine.
