I was wondering if there is a microsoft or third party solution that can automatically translate a GAL using kanji to english and vise-versa? The goal being to export/import GALs from two exchange organizations using two different languages.

Hi Vond, So far as I know, there is no way to achieve this goal. Per my knowledge, no translate tool can convert a English name into Chinese name accurately.
