Hi, Not natively but are you really sure that you want to do that?? AD will be large and therefore AD replication will take longer and consume more bandwidth. Outlook in cached mode uses offline address book and if you were to get the pictures in there the users would spend a lot of time synchronizing this OAB Leif

Hi, Actually, we are a small organization with about 250 employees. can we have this feature of adding photos to AD. and we don't have any other sites with additional AD controller doing the replication, if yes, then the bandwidth is on the ATM end. how can we do this ? Thanks for your help. Regards,Sadiq.

Hi,We currently synchronize Iphones and WM6 devices with our Exchange 2007 environment.Whenever I receive an incoming phone call, a picture (if added to my personal contacts in Outlook) is displayed on my mobile device. But I would like to have a picture displayed also when I receive a call from someone in our Global Address List.Mobile Bandwidth for us is not an issue. We have gigabit between our offices and flat fee UMTS subscription on all corporate phones. If I understand correctly, it's possible to add a picture to our users in Active Directory. (although I've yet to find a way to script this)Then why is it that I cannot use this data with Outlook/Exchange?Can someone tell me if this is possible? Is there any third party tool with which I can administrate this centrally?Thank you in advance,Joost Kuinjoost.kuin (at) is.online.nl (I don't read my hotmail (to much spam).
