Is there a problem with Outlook 2013 and Google Apps Sync under Windows 10?

I have just upgraded Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and the first problem is that I cant send an email, it tells me :

" This email message was not sent because we were unable to convert the message into Internet format (MIME). "

I have uninstalled the Google App Sync program and Outlook and reinstalled both, but have the same result.

Is there a known problem with Windows 10?

Thank you

Hi,

After some research, I found that users who have the similar issue were able to fix it by ran an sfc /scannow command for several times. You may have a try and check if it helps. To do this, please follow:

1. Have all apps closed.

2. Search for <cmd> (without the left/right brackets)

3. Right click and select "Run as Administrator"

4. Type the following command in the command prompt window:
         sfc /scannow

5. Let it run to completion.

Since this issue is more related to Google Apps, if you need further assistance, I'd recommend you post a new question to a forum that is related to Google Apps.
