Is there a maximum page width for HTML email in Outlook 2007?
Hi, I am a Quality Engineer in MicroStrategy, a Microsoft partner, and I have a particular question regarding Outlook 2007. We have an application that sends email to our clients as HTML format. They used to receive it fine with Outlook 2003, but some of them are looking to upgrade to 2007 or 2010 and from our tests, all of the emails with many columns are wrapped and truncated which seems like it is caused by a change in Outlook 2007. It seems that there is a maximum page width in Outlook 2007 for HTML email as opposed to Outlook 2003. My questions are: 1. Is there a way to change the maximum page width for HTML emails in Outlook 2007 or 2010 in order to accomodate more columns in the email? 2. If not, is this a known problem for Microsoft? 3. If it is, do you plan to fix it and when can we expect the fix? Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions. Your help will be much appreciated.
