Is there a limit to mailbox size that Microsoft supports?
Hello, We currently are running Exchange 2003 on Windows Server 2003 R2. We want to start enforcing a quota on mailbox sizes to 2 GB but are curious if Microsoft will support quotas over 2GB. Does anybody know what the largest mailbox size is that microsoft supports? We would like to maybe increase the quota for a few users to 3GB or 4 GB but want to make sure we are supported first. Any information would be helpful, thank you in advance!

There is no limit that I'm aware of. But you might want to educate your users that performance will suffer if they have any folders with lots of items, say more than 5,000 items.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."
