You cant attach Exchange databases to NAS; i.e. your databases cannot be on a UNC path. However, iSCSI is a valid SAN (block) protocol. If the box you have can present a LUN over iSCSI (using the Microsoft iSCSI initiator for example) to the server youre good to go and supported.
