Is it possible to track messages in Exchange 2007 that are auto forwarded by Outlook Rules?
We are looking to turn off the "Allow Automatic Forward" rule in our Exchange 2007 system. My management would like to know how many people are forwarding mail to an external account via Outlook 2007 rules. When I use message tracking, messages that are auto forwarded and manually forwarded look identical in the logs. The FW: is added to the subject, but are not different. Has anyone tracked this type of request? My other thoughts are if we can determine if the rules exist on an account via powershell? Still searching on that one as well. Any thoughts or answers would be very much appreciated in advance. Thanks, Matt

The reference below may help you to query the forward rule in the mailboxes.
