We recently began using Outlook/Exchange for our school district. We had another email system before. Before, (in the other email system), I was able to run a "fix utility" only one user account if I needed. Is this possible to do in Exchange? I have a user that is reporting a few issues with her account that I am not seeing with anyone else. Please advise.
