Is it possible to forward emails from a specific external email address?
Hi, we want to take email coming from one particular email address of someonenot with the organization - not in AD - and forward those emails to at least one specific person in the organization. If possible, we want to allow the emails to go to the original recipient, but copy another person in the organization. So if an email came from xxx@outside.com to xyz@insidemycompany.com, I'd like to forward a copyof any emails from xxx@outside.com to bigbrother@insidemycompany.com, also. Is that possible? How would it be done? Thanks, Ron

There is a product that EMC makes called Email Examiner. It is for e-mail auditing and can do the things you are referring to. It may be overkill, but you might want to look.
Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now

What version of Exchange Server are you running? You may be able to do this with Transport Rules.
