Is it possible to Export message information from the Free/Busy public folder?
I'm trying to figure out a way to export the Subject and Size of all free/busy messages inside the "SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY" >> "EX:/o=OrgName/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)" system public folder. Using MFCmapi, I can see all the individual
free/busy messages, but can't export them. PFDavAdmin just times out when "Getting folder contents..." I'm trying to find a scripting solution, but haven't found anything helpful.
I want to be able to retrieve this information from Exchange 2003 and 2007 Free/Busy Public Folders.AD/Exchange Specialist

The question has to be why?
The content is built from individuals information from their mailboxes. If you want to query free/busy then query the calendar folder in the mailboxes.

Agree with Simon.
Do you want to share the free/busy information with another organization?

The reason I want to retrieve the Size and Subject from each Free/Busy item is because we are migrating from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 using Quest Migration Manager and we have both Free/Busy Sync and Calendar Sync configured.
We had reports of some mailboxes with free/busy data not showing all their Free/Busy data. Then an hour later, you can see all the Free/Busy data. An hour later and you could only see partial Free/Busy data. This would happen through out day.
Turns out that Calendar Sync creates 60 days (-/+ 30 days) of Free/Busy as well as synchronizing the calendar folders of the mailboxes. Since we also had Free/Busy Sync running, both syncs were overwritting each other. I was able to confirm this by looking
at the source and target Free/Busy item sizes, which were dramatically different. I've since disabled the Calendar Sync from creating Free/Busy and now we only have Free/Busy sync synchronizing the Free/Busy data.
I want to make sure that everyone's Free/Busy data is synchronized correctly by exporting the subject and size of each Free/Busy item and compare them in excel. However, I cannot find a way export that info into one file for each Org.
To clarify, I'm not interested in looking up someone's Free/Busy. We have no problems with that. Just the Subject and Size field of each Free/Busy item.AD/Exchange Specialist
