Is anyone using IpowerWeb for external Email and having email issues
I started having problems yesterday we could send but not receive email. IPower Web is our external email host. They were not very helpful and they said they had to change my MX records, I asked why and they could not tell me. They put in and MX-MG record and said it would be back up in about 3 hours. That was almost 24 hours ago and we still are not receiving any email. I asked what and MX-MG record was and he could not tell me. Can anyone help me with this problem?
