Here is an odd behavior in ECM. We have two Exchange Administrators in our Organization. Both users are members of 'Organization Management' under Microsoft Exchange Security Groups in AD/OU. When one of the Admin goes into -> ECM -> Organization Configuration -> Mailbox -> Database Management -> (property of Mailbox Database xxx) -> Maintenance (TAB). Put a check mark for Journal Recipient, select the mailbox, save it and close it. Now if you login with the OTHER Admin user, the same 'Journal Recipient' check box is not checked. Is this is a bug-? Please advise Thank you H

Hi Itproadvance, I also do some tests, and could not find the issue your describled. If I use other administrator to check the Journal Recipient, there is already existed due to configured by the other one. Please update your exchange server with the latest version, I do not know there is a such bug. regards!Gavin TechNet Community Support
