Is it possible to launch OneNote Metro 16.0.1601.1018 without a live account? I've currently deployed OneNote Metro within a task sequence in a school environment however when launching it prompts to sign in. I've been told by the existing techs at the school that the students use it without a live account. I don't see how this is possible.

This is not possible, OneNote Metro version only works with a Microsoft account. OneNote desktop version allows you to use without a Microsoft account.
