Hi,

Here is a similar thread for your reference:

http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/Smartphones/Q_26609905.html

Solution:

if you are a member of elevated groups - domain admin.... your security rights get stripped on an hourly basis or something. You need to remove a user from these groups in order to get activesync working.

If you select Advanced View in ADUC - select the user with the problem - select security, advanced - you will see they are not inheriting permissions. This is the cause. Check that and remove their domain admin priv, and they will sync.

Hope this helps!

Thanks.
