Hi,Got more information, which is as follows.External sender send a meeting invite using Exchange 5.5. My internal user, Exchange 2003, receives the request in plain email form, i.e. there are no buttons available to accept or decline. From I have found on the net, it looks like Exchange 5.5 works differently with meetings request to Exchange 2000/2003.Any ideas how to solve that?Thanksdt11

hmmm.it was a few years since I played with Exchange 5.5 but I think Exchange 5.5 must send the email as rich text. also vagely remember that Exchange 5.5 must authenticate to the receiving server, but this might not be needed This can be configured on Internet Mail Connector/Service. Let me know and I can setup this in a lab
