An Exchange 2003 server can't be a front-end server for an Exchange 2007 mailbox server, so I don't know what you're using the front-end server for.
Are you sure anyone is sending them Internet mail? Have you checked their SMTP addresses? What happens when you send them a message from an Internet mailbox? Do you have any SMTP screening device between the Internet and
your Exchange server?

Hi Vishal,
I suggest you check the message tracking log to see more information about the “missing” mails, whether your server received them or the mails stopped
at which stage. What’s the Non Delivery Report received by the sender? Are the 6 users in the same group?
Thanks,
Elvis

Dear Sir,
when we are doing LDAP query to server we are not sure ldap is working or not.... there is one URL:
http://172.20.8.XXX/exchange then we are getting popup for authentication. but when we give credential of enterprise Admin then we also getting You do not have sufficient permision. I think Our DC is not giving
Ldap connection to our SPAM filter device..(Borderware).
