Internet Explorer has stopped working (Outlook Web Access).
I am experiencing similar issues to those described here by other users - this just started happening about 2 weeks ago. When using Outlook Web Access from my home laptop (Sony Vaio with Windows Vista), I continue to receive the error message, "Internet Explorer has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close and notify you is a solution is available." I have tried some of the suggestions including doing the MS Office repair and resetting my IE settings. Not sure how to uncheck OmniPage. Nothing is working. Please advise. I need to be able to access Outlook from my home computer for work. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi, Does the issue occur on other operating systems, such as Windows XP and Windows 7? Does the issue occur on other mailbox users in your domain? If the issue occurs on each operating systems and other mailbox users have the same problem, please let me know. Otherwise, we can consider that the issue is caused by Internet Explorer settings on the client side as Anil mentioned. You can create a new thread in Windows Vista forum for further assistance. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/category/windowsvistaitpro Meanwhile, I would like to give you some suggestions to troubleshoot the issue. 1. Perform a Clean Boot to check the result. 2. Install the latest updates for the system and IE. 3. Update the virus definition and run a completely scanning. Thanks.Novak Wu-MSFT
