Internal emails setup
Hi. We have outlook and 10 pcs (tablet pcs and desktops) WE want to create internal emails. Just 10 emails to be used on these computers, without ability to send emails outside. just communicate between 10 of them. We also have windows server 2003. ew also have exchange server. What is the easiest way of creating internal emails? is it possible? Thank you,

By default, Exchange won't be able to send messages externally (i.e. Internet recipients) unless you create an SMTP Connector to do this (I'm assuming you have Exchange 2003). So your 10 users should only be able to send internal emails by default.Neil Hobson, Exchange MVP

Hi, Which version of Exchange and Outlook ? As Neil said, after installing a new exchange server, you don't need to configurate the server, if you configurate outlook connect to Exchange server, you can send internal mails. Do you wonder how to create mailbox for users? How to set up Outlook to connect to exchange server?
