Check your antispam settings on the hub server if you are not having edge. also ensure the settings on the outlook... http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997658.aspx http://www.allspammedup.com/2010/06/configuring-exchange-server-2010-anti-spam-settings-for-individual-mailboxes/

I'd have to guess that the messages are sent using SMTP and anonymous connections. An e-mail sent by an authenticated user would receive a SCL of -1 and Outlook shouldn't categorize that as junk. --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP

I would like to explain all internal emails will be assign a SCL value “-1”, however, the IMF/SCL related Store Action is totally separate from and unrelated to the Outlook client-side Junk E-mail evaluation. Outlook doesn’t use the IMF provided SCL values for its client-side (cached-mode only) anti-spam determination. Instead, it does its own Junk E-mail evaluation and determines whether or not to move the mail to the Junk E-mail folder based on the settings within the “Tools->Options” Junk E-mail settings. Please refer to the following article for more information: http://blogs.technet.com/evand/archive/2005/01/31/363935.aspx Outlook anti-spam feature based on several factors-such as the frequency the message was sent and the content and structure of the message. Due to above reason, even if the email is from an internal address, it still have the chance to be dropped into the Junk email folder. If it happen on few users, you can add the sender to safe sender list in “Tools->Options” Junk E-mail settings in Outlook. Nevertheless, the issue also can be caused by Outlook rules, please double check it. Sometimes, a corrupted hidden rule also can lead this, if so, you can try the suggestions in this article.
